Converted by award winning Kent Building Developments Ltd the luxury cottages, close to the North York Moors, are heated by a high percentage of renewable energy. Air source heat pumps provide all the energy necessary to run the highly efficient underfloor heating system on both floors and also a high proportion of the heat required for the hot water system. Solar Panels are also used for hot water in the main barn.
